House Calls

Amber provides house calls on an appointment only basis. The pricing is different due to the convenience of having a massage done in the comfort of your home and the rising cost of gas to travel. If this is a service you are interested in, please contact Amber directly so she can discuss availability and pricing.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. At Forever Balanced Body, I want to work with you when things come up and you need to cancel. Please contact me as soon as you know you need to cancel. This will ensure your appointment can be rescheduled, and your current appointment can be made available for someone else.

Below is an overview of the Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the Patient Forms Section to review the full policy.

24+ hours: Full Refund

Less than 24 hours: 50% of the cost of selected service

Arriving 15+ minutes late for your appointment is considered a “No Show” and you will be assessed the cancellation fee
